Mr. Ibrahim Ahmed Memon Chairman graduated from the NED University, along with that he did number of courses from IBA-Karachi in early seventies. He has a vast experience for more than a decade as a Project Evaluator at Ministry of Petroleum in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Memon has been elected on the Board of Directors of Pakistan Stock Exchange in the years 1993,1994,1996,1998 and 1999. Along with that he also had the privilege as the Nominee Director of KSE at the Board of Directors of Central Depository System (CDC) and the Pakistan Mercantile Exchange (formerly National Commodities Exchange).

Being a senior member of PSX, Mr. Memon enjoys respect among the members of PSX and has headed both the Arbitration Committee as well as the Floor Committee of PSX for several years.

Mr. Muhammed Amin Memon is a  C.E.O & Director at Memon Securities (Pvt.) Ltd. On academics ground he is a candidate for the CFA® level ll exam, earlier he graduated from IBA in year 2000. He is working with the company for last 20 years. Sitting on the sales desk and being a sponsor Director provides him with the opportunity of providing first hand market updates and information , in addition to personalized services to the high net worth clients and institutions as well as maintaining strict confidentiality of transaction.

Mr. Muhammad Kashif , is the compliance officer . He has a vast experience of more than 15 years. , previously serving Ample securities as Compliance officer. He is an ICM certified and satisfactorily caters the compliance functions.

Internal Audit:

Mr. Muhammed Aslam, looks after the internal audit functions. He is a commerce graduate and more than 20 years experience at the brokerage industry.
